Brownell's advice to everyone she meets is "Diversify, Leverage and Residual."  These three things are the secret to long-term success.  She learned this from her own experiences in both the corporate world as well as being involved in several small businesses of her own, and with Innovative Employment Strategies, she's working with Jim to share her wisdom with clients.

Also, being a hands-on entrepreneur, Brownell wanted to learn how to do websites herself.  Now, she has a fast, fun and affordable solution to help people create their own websites, and wants to teach others how to do it, too!
